Adopt a Killer Whale
You can support killer whale research and conservation by adopting one or several killer whales among the most remarkable ones from the Gulf of Alaska. Adopting a whale for a year is US$25. Then you will receive the identification kit of the whale(s) you adopted. Each kit includes the printed identification photograph of "your" whale (it shows the dorsal fin and the saddle patch which shapes and marks are unique and allow to recognize each individual) as well as the story of the whale. In addition, you will be informed by e-mail of each encounter with this whale, so you will be able to follow the whale's movements in the Gulf of Alaska.
Procedure for a killer whale adoption:1) Choose the whale(s) you want to adopt among the following ones (if you have already chosen your whale, go to step 2):
2) For each whale, print, fill and send an adoption form with a check of US$25 to this address: North Gulf Oceanic Society |
